Monaghan County Council is delighted to launch our inaugural ReUse, ReWear, ReScare initiative in all our libraries throughout the county.
For those of you who have lots of clean and in a good condition unwanted, unworn children’s Halloween costumes in closets at home, or maybe they have been outgrown and need a new home, why not donate them to your local library next week? Then swap it for one that has already been donated by someone else. Its as horrifically simple as that! And its free ! So not only are you getting rid of unwanted items, you are also helping us keep Monaghan County clean and green. All left over costumes will be donated to local charity shops.
