Busking Day

The sound of music will be heard all over Carrickmacross this Saturday the 28th of June. Carrickmacross Chamber is hosting a full day of busking on the Main Street. Buskers including Brendan McCahey and The Ukuelanins will be taking part. A host of local artists will be performing live on the Main Street, playing music including rock, pop, country, blues.
Chamber President Emma Gollogy said ” she is delighted with the number of singers and groups registering to busk, and that it promises to be a lively day” adding that the Chamber is inviting everyone to come to Carrickmacross this Saturday and join in the rhythm, listen to local talent, and bring your friends and some loose change.
