ALONE provides many services to Older People in your area to enable them to stay living at home for longer.
ALONE recruits, trains and supports Volunteers for 3 services:
1) Visitation and Befriending Service, which is where a volunteer gives an hour a week of their time to provide companionship to an Older Person.
2) Telephone Support and Befriending Service, which is where a volunteer makes friendly calls to Older People once a week for a 1 hour shift.
3)NSRL volunteer, you will provide a listening ear, information, and support for older people in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
We currently have older people in south Monaghan looking for seeking these services.
