A Win For Donaghmoyne In The IPB Pride of Place Awards

Patrick Kavanagh Country won the runner up prize in the ‘Community Arts Initiative’ section of the 2013 ‘Pride of Place’ awards. These were presented at ‘The Venue’ in Derry city on Saturday night last. The judges were impressed by the dedication of the Inniskeen Enterprise Development Group in promoting the literary heritage of Patrick Kavanagh and preserving the environment of this picturesque village.
