Open: 7 days a week, 10am - 10pm

In business for 11 years, the Carrick Fitness Centre caters for individual or group training sessions. Facilities include a fully equipped gym with aerobic and resistance machines including; treadmills, steppers, bicycles, rowers, toning machine for tummy, waist, hips & thighs, upper body and arms. Unisex gym with separate changing rooms and shower facilities for ladies and gents. Also available: Sauna, sunbed, massage and treatment facilities for injuries.

Now available: Aerobics studio with classes in circuit training marshal arts and relaxation classes.

Membership: Choice of membership available - clients can pay as train or can avail of all in membership which entitles to unlimited use of facilities. Discounts available for students and retired people.

With a top quality fitness suite and offering full members fitness testing, personalised programmes, advise on nutrition, excerise and health, the staff at the Phoenix Centre can assist and guide you along the path of fulfilling your health & fitness needs. A wide range of classes also on offer, including spinning, aerobics, figure firming, cardio kick and circuit training. (Please see centre noticeboard for class times). The multi purpose sports hall can be used for indoor soccer and local club training (e.g. basketball, athletics and football). Also available: Sunbed room, offering special prices during winter months.

Membership: Choice of membership available - yearly, 6 monthly, 3 monthly and Value Ticket (10 sessions). Discounts available for students and retired people.
